Why this question is worth asking
Because on several QR platforms the answer is yes. A trial ends, a plan lapses, and the printed code starts landing on an upgrade page instead of the menu it was printed for. The code is fine; the redirect behind it has been taken away.
That is a commercial decision, not a technical limit, which is why it is worth getting the answer in writing before you commit a design to a print run.
What actually ends a Qrindo code
Exactly two things: you delete the link, or you delete the workspace that owns it. There is no third case. A lapsed plan pauses paid analytics depth; it does not touch the redirect.
You can also set an expiry yourself, deliberately, on a code that is meant to be temporary — an event pass, a seasonal offer. That is a feature you switch on, not a default, and it is the only way a Qrindo code acquires an end date.
And if you would rather not depend on us at all, a code can be printed against your own domain. Then the printed artwork points at a hostname you control, and you keep the ability to redirect it yourself.
