Your QR code never dies
Policy, last updated 2026-07-03
You print a QR code on menus, packaging, business cards, a storefront window. Reprinting costs real money. So we make one promise and we put it in writing: a printed Qrindo code keeps working.
The promise
- Redirects never stop because of billing. If your plan lapses or you downgrade, your existing codes keep redirecting to their destinations. Serving redirects does not depend on your plan, by design.
- No ads, ever. We never place an ad, interstitial, or promo page between a scan and your destination. Not on free plans, not on lapsed plans, not anywhere.
- Only you can delete a code. Codes are deleted when you delete them, or when you delete your workspace. We do not expire, recycle, or deactivate codes as a billing measure.
- Your data leaves with you. Links and destinations export to CSV, and QR artwork downloads as print-ready SVG and PNG, on every plan. No lock-in by hostage.
What actually happens if you stop paying
- Existing codes: keep redirecting, unchanged.
- Scan history: kept; paid analytics depth pauses until you are back.
- Creating new codes and paid features: paused.
- Deletion: never happens automatically because of billing.
Why we put this in writing
The most common story in this industry is a printed code that stopped working when a trial ended, sometimes with ads injected on top of it. We think that practice is the reason people distrust QR platforms. This policy is our answer, and you can hold us to it at info@folowise.com.
