Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Qrindo ("Service") provided by Folowise. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity by API keys you mint within your workspace.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to host, link to, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or facilitates phishing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

3. API usage and rate limits

Your plan governs request volume. Exceeding your plan's quota results in 429 responses; sustained or willful overages may lead to suspension.

4. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually — through our payment processor. Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Paid plans include a 14-day trial you may cancel without charge. During the launch period the Service is offered free of charge and no payment is collected.

You may cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your workspace reverts to the free Hobby tier. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated.

5. Service availability

We operate the redirect and API tiers on a best-effort basis and aim for high availability, but the Service is provided without a contractual uptime guarantee on the free and standard paid plans. Scale customers may enter a written Service Level Agreement (SLA) with specific availability targets and remedies. Redirects for existing links are designed to keep resolving even during maintenance windows.

6. Data, analytics & retention

Scan events are processed to provide analytics; we anonymize visitor IP addresses at write time. Scan-event analytics are retained for up to 12 months (365 days) on every plan. Encrypted database backups are retained for 30 days. Account and link data are retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure. 7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of operation. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence. We will always try to resolve any dispute informally first — email [email protected] and a human will respond.
