This DPA forms part of your agreement with Folowise for the use of Qrindo. We act as a Processor for personal data you submit through the Service.

International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) supplemented by technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest.
Retention & deletion
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service: scan-event analytics for up to 12 months (365 days) on every plan, encrypted backups for 30 days, and account data until deletion within 30 days of account closure or on your documented instruction. On termination we delete or return personal data at your choice, save where retention is required by law.
