Frequently asked questions

Does the clinic QR code collect any patient data?

No patient details are asked for. Scans are counted with the visitor’s IP address hashed, never stored in the clear, so you see how many people used it, not who they are.

Can I change the clinic hours shown behind the QR code?

Yes, for holidays or a new schedule. Edit the hours in the dashboard and every printed card shows them on the next scan.

Can patients call the clinic from the directions page?

Add your reception number in the builder and the page shows a Call button under the map buttons. It is left empty in the template so no wrong number is ever printed.
