Store Review QR Code Template

Most happy customers never think to leave a review. A code at the till asks at the right moment, and anyone who had a bad day tells you directly, where you can fix it.

Free to start. Your template opens in the builder right after sign-up, ready to edit.

What's included

  • A review page with your shop name and a short, friendly ask
  • A five-star prompt: four and five stars go to your public reviews
  • One to three stars open a private feedback form that reaches you
  • A mint theme and a rounded QR code with a RATE US frame
  • No sample review link: the builder asks for your own before printing

Where to print it

  • The till and card terminal
  • Receipts and shopping bags
  • Fitting rooms
  • Delivery boxes

How it works

1

Pick the template

Click Use this template and create a free account. The builder opens with the page, theme, QR style and frame already in place.

2

Swap in your details

Replace the sample text and links with your own. The builder will not create the code while an example.com link is left in it.

3

Print, then keep editing

Download a print-ready PDF and put the code wherever your customers are. Change the page any time; the printed code keeps working.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the store review QR code send happy customers?

To the review link you give it, usually your Google Business Profile review page. The template ships without one on purpose, so it can never send customers to someone else’s page.

Is it allowed to ask unhappy customers for private feedback first?

Review platforms set their own rules on review gating, and they change. If yours asks you to show every customer the same review link, switch the page to Direct mode in one click.

Who receives the private feedback from the review page?

The address you set in the builder. Feedback also appears in your leads inbox, so a team can follow up without sharing one mailbox.
